Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

- Return the item within 10 days of receiving the return authorization.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refund requests will be processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds will only be issued for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

To request a refund, please provide valid order details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection of the returned items.
Limitations
Only one refund per product will be allowed. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day return window will not be eligible.
